Also, she worked with other members of the Executive Board to plan chapter events.

Lauren was the director of programs at the ACCENT Speakers Bureau – at the University of Florida for about four months. Additionally, she worked as a counselor at Blue Star Camps Hendersonville, North Carolina where she gave care to 7th to 9th-grade girls. Later, Olesky joined Dance Marathon at the UF team as a recruitment Captain before moving to WRUF-TV as a forecaster and anchor.

Olesky is now working at WPEC CBS12 as a meteorologist since January 2017 in the West Palm Beach, Florida Area. Previously, she was an AM Meteorologist at WACH FOX for about two years in Columbia, South Carolina where she covered all types of harsh weather. Her skills include social media, television, and public speaking only to mention a few.

Lauren covered Hurricane Matthew during the 2016 Hurricane Season and Tropical Storm Hermine together with her team. Besides, she also covered the flooding that occurred in South Carolina in October 2015. She loves trying new recipes and working out.
