Roscoe works at WCIA as a news anchor where she was first tenured as an intern. She was first tenured live on TV on a car accident story, which had happened to her. The incident occurred during her internship at the network in front of a gas station in 1992. She began from being an intern, a reporter, and finally as an Anchor. Roscoe anchors live on-air on the network covering the 5 pm and 6 pm newscasts.
Throughout her journalistic career, she has featured a variety of people for events including the “Angels Among Us” series. She was also accorded an Emmy Award for her half-hour special “Angels Among Us- Where Are They Now?” and for her Angels story about a school janitor. Additionally, she also won a Silver Dome Award for Best Feature and Best Anchor, and an AP award for Best Spot News Reporting.
She has also been featured as an anchor for several Best Newscast winners. Roscoe also volunteers at her children’s schools, the Don Moyer Boys and Girls Club, and also with Sisters of Strength.
