Jennifer believes in telling good stories. She has covered various stories like the attack on the Pentagon live from the scene, and live coverage of the 911 anniversary from Shanksville. Further, she covered the D.C. area sniper attacks, and the Binghamton shooting rampage live from the scene. Barrasso interviewed top political players such as Bill and Hillary Clinton, Dick Cheney, John McCain, Rudy Giuliani, and Jesse Jackson.
Jennifer also assisted in coordinating live coverage for the 2004 presidential election at the Bush headquarters. At SRN, she gathered news on Capitol Hill, and wrote and anchored live hourly newscasts for a radio network serving over 1,500 stations.
