Kaitlin Sharkey, born Kaitlin Rose Sharkey, is an American journalist working at WGN News serving the station as an Evening Sports Anchor and Reporter/ co-host of GN Sports. She joined the station in the month of June 2022. Prior to this, she was working with FOX 32 News as a Sports Anchor and Reporter. She is the host of Props and Locks and Bears Unleashed during the NFL season for FOX 32. In addition, she also features on Bears Postgame Live as a reporter and analyst. Sharkey joined Fox 32 Sports Team in April 2020.

Sharkey graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in Journalism/Communications Sharkey always loved watching and playing sports from a very early age. She got her first job in television at the CBS affiliate in Wausau, Wisconsin covering various American Football matches from high school football to major league sports teams.
She later joined Green Bay, Wisconsin where she spent two years covering and traveling with the Green Bay Packers before returning to Milwaukee where she served as a host, analyst, and reporter for the station’s NFL programming.
In addition, she was also part of a weekly iHeart radio show at 97.3 TheGame. Kaitlin joined the FOX 32 Sports Team in April 2020 where she currently hosts Props and Locks and Bears Unleashed during the NFL season for FOX 32. She also serves as a reporter and analyst for Bears Postgame Live.
