Lamb is an American journalist working at KSN-TV as a Noon News Anchor and a Feature Reporter. He grew up watching KSN News and moved to Wichita after spending the last 20 years living in Shawnee, Kansas. His favorite part of his work is telling stories, and he intends to continue doing so at KSN.
Lamb began his journalism career at KTKA-TV in Topeka, Kansas, working as a Sports director for 4 years. During his time there, Jason saw the “golden years” of Kansas City athletics. In addition to covering the Chiefs’ journey to Super Bowl LIV under Patrick Mahomes, he also covered two World Series, the Border War between Kansas and Missouri, several college football bowl games, three Final Fours, the development of Kansas City quarterback Mahomes, and Big 12 Basketball Championships.
Additionally, Jason witnessed championships being won by the Chiefs, Sporting KC, KU Basketball, and the Royals. He loves high school athletics so much. In August 2002, Jason was hired as a Sports Reporter and Weekend Anchor at WDAF-TV (Fox 4) in the Kansas City, Missouri Area. After that, he moved to KYTV in Springfield-Branson, MO, where he worked as a Sports director for 11 months before joining KSN-TV IN 2022. Jason loves to play golf even though he is poor at it.
